Up to 28g in a large and 20g in a small, depending on the flavor you pick.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Our current lineup is whey-based. Dairy-free is in testing — follow along on Instagram and we'll announce it there first.
How far in advance should I book an event?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Summer weekends book out faster, so reach out early if you have a date in mind.
What does an event booking cost?
It depends on guest count, location, and how long you need us. Send the form on our Book Us page and we'll quote you within 48 hours.
